John Gray: In Conversation

John Gray, emeritus professor of European thought at the London School of Economics, was a postliberal long before the label came into vogue. His latest book, The New Leviathans: Thoughts After Liberalism, examines the superstitions of progress and twenty-first-century troubles by the light of Thomas Hobbes’s philosophy.
