Dana Milbank writes in the Washington Post that Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul is “clearly separating himself from the rest of the GOP,” with a new book, titled “Taking a Stand,” that was released this week. The publisher’s website leads with Paul’s “electrifying 13-hour filibuster against administration-orchestrated drone strikes against U.S. citizens.” That filibuster was last week. This week, Paul began a tour to promote the book.
